These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Tele_ESSI website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Application: The software program provided by the Company, named Tele ESSI APP, downloaded on any electronic device.
• Application Store: The digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store).
• Affiliate: Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party ("control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares).
• Country: Punjab, India.
• Company: Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot.
• Device: Any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone or digital tablet.
• Service: The Application.
• Terms and Conditions ("Terms"): This agreement between You and the Company.

• Parties shall first attempt an amicable settlement for a period of 30 days.
• Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

21. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision is held invalid, it shall be re-interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

22. Termination

• The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately for any breach of these Terms.
• Sections which by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including but not limited to ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
